A.M.O.C Colombia Anoxic Natural Gesha
Producer:
In the hills of southern Huila, in the small village of El Portal de Palestina, Nelson Sánchez produces some of the most captivating coffees we have ever seen. Yet, little is known about him. He doesn't seek publicity, and there is almost no information about his work beyond what truly matters – the coffee itself.
Processing and tasting notes:
The anaerobic natural processing results in a strongly tropical, complex, and characterful flavor profile. Full of tropical fruits, pomegranate, and red berries, balanced with apple acidity. The rich, sweet taste leads to a subtle, alcoholic finish.
Packaging:
300g of whole bean coffee in the distinctive A.M.O.C specialty roastery jar. What more could you want? :)
