Kavoholik - coffee roastery
Slovakia
Kavoholik is a Slovak roastery from Bratislava that has specialized in one thing: co-fermentation. And they do it better than almost anyone else in Europe.
Their flagship series features coffees from Edwin Norena's farm in Colombia — the same farmer, different co-fermentations, completely different taste profiles. Colombia E. Norena STRAWBERRY tastes like fresh strawberries with candy. MANGO — like mango sorbet with lime and orange. CRANBERRY is caramel and cranberry in one sip. COCONUT? Exactly. Alongside the Norena series, you'll also find Sidra Dark Cherry with notes of cherry, banana, and apple, and Costa Rican coffees from Hacienda Tobosi.
Kavoholik selects beans mainly from Central and South America and Africa — but always with a focus on flavor profile, not the label. If you want coffee that tastes like fruit, not "a bit fruity" — this is your roastery. Samples from 15 PLN.
