Spojka Roastery is a Slovak micro-roastery that likes to go against the grain. It focuses on bold flavor profiles, experimental processes, and co-ferments – and does so unapologetically.

In Spojka's offer, you'll find coffees that have their own opinion: Last Piece of Cake – Colombia co-fermented with cherries, with notes of amaretto and spices. Hubba Bubba – Indonesia anaerobic infused with notes of yellow melon, candy, and honey. Wake The F*ck Cup – Indonesia osmanthus co-fermented with apricot, pear, and tea. Humming Bird – Costa Rica yeast washed with hibiscus, chocolate, and cherries.
