Olivo Coffee Culture is a Romanian roastery from Transylvania - and no, it's not a gothic vibe. It's coffee roasted by Razvan Oniga, who took 5th place at the World Coffee Roasting Championship. When someone at that level roasts coffee, you can taste it in every sip.
Olivo specializes in coffees from the Colombian farm Finca Milan - and does things with them that almost no one else does. Nitro Watermelon is coffee infused with nitrogen and watermelon - notes of watermelon, cantaloupe melon, and bubblegum. Nitro Violet is aloe, violets, and green tea in an espresso cup. These are not aromas or tricks - they are the result of a precise nitro-infusion process combined with exceptional beans.
