This coffee is characterized by a sparkling and elegant profile, combining the refreshing sweetness of red apple, the delicate juiciness of lychee and white grapes, and a sophisticated, champagne-like aftertaste.

Origin:

The Halo Beriti wet mill is located in the renowned Yirgacheffe region, where farmers from the nearby village of Gedeb deliver their cherries. These are wild Arabica varieties from the birthplace of coffee, organically grown at an altitude of 1900 to 2400 meters above sea level. The coffee is organically certified and processed naturally, which means that the coffee cherries are dried with the pulp, giving the coffee a richer flavor.

Processing and Flavor Notes:

Here we have Ethiopian Heirloom variety beans, natural, barrel aged processed, with flavor notes of advocaat, chocolate, apple. A very interesting coffee.
