Flavor notes: wild berries, blueberries, raisins, honey
Colombia Blueberry is a unique specialty coffee from Colombia, originating from the Santa Monica farm, owned by the esteemed farmer Jairo Arcili. Arabica beans cultivated in the Quindío region at an altitude of 1450–1500 m above sea level have undergone anaerobic fermentation with blueberries, which gives the coffee an intensely fruity and distinct character.
In the cup, juicy notes of blueberry, berries, raisins, and honey dominate, complemented by natural sweetness and a pleasant, lively acidity. This is an ideal coffee for pour-over methods — dripper, Chemex, and Aeropress — for lovers of modern, aromatic profiles.
