AWESOME BLOSSOM is an expressive Farm Fusion coffee from Colombia, combining floral elegance with tropical fruitiness and distinct sweetness.
This unique blend of Caturra and Bourbon varietals was created at Farm Fusion and subjected to a complex Honey Double Lactic Fermentation process. The result is an exceptionally aromatic coffee with a clear structure, luminous acidity, and an intense, almost perfumery-like complexity.
In the cup, lavender, rose, and bergamot come to the forefront, accompanied by tropical fruits, white peach, elderflower, and lemongrass. Exceptionally sweet, juicy, and full of life — a coffee that stands out with its character without losing its elegance.
This coffee underwent a complex, multi-stage fermentation process. First, whole coffee cherries were subjected to 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation. After depulping, the second stage followed — 36 hours of fermentation in sealed barrels, during which lactic acid bacteria cultures were intentionally inoculated.
These bacteria originated from a separate fermentation batch, where the fruits had previously undergone 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation. The resulting must was then further processed in the laboratory to isolate new lactic acids and precisely utilize them in the process.
The result is maximum sweetness, exceptional clarity of floral notes, and impressive aromatic depth — a precise, elegant, and absolutely unique profile.
