This exceptional coffee, processed using the Honey method from Finca La Sirena in the Quindío region of Colombia, captivates with an elegant yet remarkably expressive aromatic profile.

From the very first contact, notes of vanilla, honey, and subtle floral accents are perceptible, transitioning into a multi-layered cup full of ripe cherry, red fruit, Belgian chocolate, syrupy sweetness, and a delicate hint of cotton candy.

The whole is complemented by subtle hints of almonds, molasses, and cola, mild citrus acidity, and a smooth, round body.

Pour-over coffee like a cocktail – sweet, fruity, silky smooth, and surprisingly complex.

Finca La Sirena is located in the Quindío region of Colombia, near the city of Armenia, at an altitude of 1420 m above sea level. This area is known for its fertile soils and the production of high-quality specialty coffees. It is here that Geraldine and Juan David created the Sens Coffee project, focusing on innovative co-fermentation techniques.

The unique osmotic dehydration method combines glucose with natural fruit extracts. In this process, water molecules present inside the beans are replaced by sugars enriched with fruity aromas, allowing flavors to penetrate deep into the bean structure – without the use of artificial additives.

The result is a coffee with an intensely fruity character, silky sweetness, and a full, harmonious body – a sensory experience balancing between a cocktail, dessert, and the world of specialty coffee.

Ideal as an aromatic pour-over coffee, allowing its complex fruitiness and sweetness to be fully discovered. It presents particularly beautifully brewed with V60, Kalita, or Chemex methods.
