Liquid Dessert is an exceptionally sweet, creamy, and velvety-round coffee from Colombia – crafted for those who prefer to drink their dessert rather than eat it. Liquid pleasure in its purest form.
This unique blend of Caturra and Chiroso varieties from Finca El Encanto farm has undergone advanced fermentation and Natural processing. The result is an incredibly soft texture and intense notes of milk chocolate, cherry glaze, and vanilla.
Our strong recommendation is to brew it as an espresso – dense, sweet, and deeply chocolatey. Paired with milk, it becomes an absolute hit – cappuccinos, flat whites, or drinks prepared with freeze-distilled condensed milk taste like liquid dessert in a cup.
It also works beautifully as a pour-over coffee – especially in an AeroPress, where its sweetness, vanilla notes, and creamy structure are revealed in an exceptionally clean and harmonious way.
