KÁVOHOLIK Colombia Nestor Lasso Bourbon Aji Washed is an exceptional specialty coffee from the Huila region, originating from the El Diviso farm, run by one of the most esteemed producers of the younger generation – Nestor Lasso. The light-roasted 100% Arabica beans underwent classic washed processing, which highlights the purity and juiciness of the profile.
In the cup, the coffee offers a fruity, lively character, with notes of blood orange, cherry, and peach, complemented by a fresh, well-balanced acidity.
Bourbon Aji is a rare and increasingly sought-after Arabica variety, developed in Colombia. Its name refers to ají peppers and indicates the intense, distinct character of the beans. This variety is known for its juicy, red-fruit profiles, high sweetness, and elegant structure, especially noticeable in clean washed processes.
This coffee is ideal for pour-over methods, especially Chemex, V60, and dripper.
