Coffee like a fruit cocktail: Strawberry Cream is an expressive coffee processed using the Natural method from the Huila region of Colombia, delighting with intense fruitiness and creamy sweetness.
Castillo variety from El Capitolio farm, produced by Ana Maria Trujillo, has undergone a special co-fermentation process. The result is an incredibly aromatic coffee with a juicy fruity character, subtle sweetness, and a soft, creamy texture.
In the cup, strawberry and red fruits come to the forefront, accompanied by notes of vanilla, white chocolate, and delicate floral accents. Juicy citrus acidity and a soft, creamy mouthfeel make the coffee at times resemble a strawberry dessert drink — full of energy, sweet, and exceptionally approachable.
Ideal as a fruity pour-over coffee, allowing the strawberry and vanilla notes to shine through clearly.
