Coffee like a delicate dessert: Vanilla Coconut Cream is an exceptional filter coffee that delights with subtle sweetness, creamy elegance, and a distinct vanilla-coconut character. This Castillo variety coffee, processed using the Honey method, comes from Finca La Sirena farm in the Quindío region of Colombia and shows how harmoniously sweet yet light coffee can be.
In the cup, intense aromas of vanilla, coconut, and cocosette — a popular Colombian sweet treat resembling a delicate coconut cookie — unfold. On the palate, notes of vanilla shortbread, vanilla ice cream, and white chocolate come to the forefront, transitioning into a clean, long finish with hints of butter and almonds.
Thanks to its delicate acidity and silky-light body, the coffee is soft, enveloping, and extremely approachable — perfect for calm, pleasant moments.
Ideal as a pure, sweet filter coffee. It performs particularly beautifully when brewed with V60, Kalita, or Chemex methods, which allow the vanilla and coconut notes to be extracted in an elegant and clear manner.
