Tasting note: Rose Liqueur – Mango – Blackberry
From the legendary Granja La Esperanza, this exceptional Geisha is grown at an altitude of 1700 to 1900 meters, on the fertile slopes of the Cerro Azul farm, in the Valle del Cauca region. Thanks to controlled natural fermentation, the coffee expresses with finesse the purity and aromatic richness of this unique terroir.
In the cup, it captivates with elegant aromas, a silky body, and a long, lasting finish that wonderfully extends the sensory experience.
Café Granja La Esperanza – Excellence and innovation in Colombia
A family business run by Rigoberto Herrera and his brother Luis, two passionate pioneers who transformed the family's agricultural heritage into a model of exceptional coffee. Granja La Esperanza manages several farms scattered across Colombia, each with its unique microclimate, altitude, and agronomic specificities. Among them are:
-
Cerro Azul: specializes in Geisha, with a humid, cool climate ideal for slow maturation.
-
Las Margaritas, La Esperanza, and Potosí: each dedicated to specific varieties and experiments with advanced processes.
Their know-how has led their coffees to regularly appear in barista and brewing championships worldwide, winning numerous titles.
