Boo Modern Coffee was born in Brussels as a response to the need for freshness, creativity, and quality in the heart of Europe. Behind the brand are Benoit and Benjamin, who from the very beginning wanted their coffee to be "scarily good" – so good it surprises you.
Although Boo is a relatively new roastery, it immediately aims for the highest level: participating in competitions, combining classic varieties with modern processing methods, and focusing on freshness. In 2024, Benoit won the Belgian Aeropress Championship, showing that they are not afraid of risk or exposure.
