Autumn Colombia Sweet Treat from Belgian roastery Boo Modern Coffee. Like all coffees from Boo - this one is also Omniroast. We drank it as a filter.
As Boo roastery writes:
Sweet Treat is our new autumn edition – a coffee we selected for its comforting, dessert-like flavor profile. Imagine a cozy afternoon, a warm, freshly baked pastry, and a cup of coffee that tastes like a hug.
The lot comes from the Los Nogales farm in the Huila region of Colombia and was sourced in collaboration with our partners from CATA Export. CATA's mission is to support small-scale producers who often lack access to international markets – helping them reach a wider audience with their coffees.
Through close cooperation with the Nogales farm and over 30 families of pickers, a repeatable fermentation and post-harvest processing method was developed that elevates the quality of everyday coffee to something truly exceptional.
Beans from Colombia, Ombligon, Typica, Caturra & Bourbon varieties, Semi-washed processing. Flavor notes: chocolate cream, donut, cardamom, cherry jelly.
Packaging:
250g of whole bean coffee in a distinctive box
