A blend of beans from Colombia and Brazil from the Belgian roaster Boo Modern Coffee. Like all coffees from Boo - this one is also Omniroast. We drank it as a filter coffee.

This is our interpretation of a classic morning coffee – comforting, versatile, and consistently drinkable, whether you choose a black pour-over or a creamy espresso.
Concept
We’ve redeveloped Sunlight from the ground up. While the previous version was fruitier and more pronounced, this time we focused on better balance, ideal for everyday drinking. The new profile is full-bodied and chocolatey, with subtle notes of cherry jam and dried cranberries. Think of milk chocolate, nougat, and the delicate acidity of red fruits – like combining a cup of coffee with dessert.
A very pleasant coffee, with a delicate cranberry twist at the end. Great for milk-based coffees too.
