ICKPA (ISKRA) Rwanda Ireme Bourbon
Notes of apricot, cantaloupe, rich chocolate praline, and rum.
Origin:
The experimental Ireme (Authentic) lot is inspired by the Gasharu family's emotional connection with the coffee community as a whole. Coffee cultivation, processing, and distribution for consumption used to happen in silos, and they believe this can change. The idea behind this coffee is to provide coffee lovers with the most authentic cup of Rwandan coffee, making the consumer think of the producer, as the farmer also remembers the buyer while processing the coffee.
The Gasharu Coffee team makes every effort to monitor and improve the fermentation process and its duration to achieve the desired complexity and depth, ensuring an unforgettable experience for coffee lovers.
Processing and tasting notes:
Here we have Rwandan Bourbon beans processed as anaerobic natural, with tasting notes of apricot, melon, pralines, and rum.
Packaging:
250g whole bean coffee.
