Processing, variety and flavour notes:
A mix of Caturra and Castillo varieties, subjected to the co-fermentation process, gives this coffee its unique character. It is delicious, sweet and creamy.
This coffee is perfect for alternative brewing methods, enchanting with notes of banana, brown sugar and vanilla. Its delicate acidity and intense fruitiness make it an excellent choice for brewing in a Chemex, V60 or AeroPress.
