Delicious coffee. Although I might not be objective, as this is my favorite variety :). Highly recommended by us!
KÁVOHOLIK Colombia Edwin Norena Bourbon Sidra Washed is an exceptional specialty coffee from Colombia, originating from the Campo Hermoso plantation. The 100% Arabica beans of the Bourbon Sidra variety have been lightly roasted to bring out their natural complexity and fresh character.
In the cup, you will discover juicy acidity with notes of tangerine and delicate floral accents, which give the brew elegance and finesse. Thanks to the washed CM (washed + carbonic maceration) process, the coffee has a clear profile and works perfectly with pour-over methods.

This coffee is ideal for alternative methods, such as Chemex, V60 or AeroPress, guaranteeing an unforgettable taste experience.
