KÁVOHOLIK Colombia Edwin Norena Sudan Rume Washed CM is an exceptional specialty coffee from the Campo Hermoso farm, run by Edwin Noreña – one of the most innovative producers in Colombia. The rare Sudan Rume variety underwent Washed CM (Carbonic Maceration) processing, which combines the purity of classic washed processing with greater aromatic intensity.

In the cup, the coffee offers a distinctly herbal and fresh profile, with notes of cardamom, rosemary, and herbs, complemented by a juicy, vibrant accent. Clear, light, and very elegant — ideal for fans of tea-like, unusual coffees.

It works great with pour-over methods, especially Chemex, V60, and drip.
