This coffee comes from the leading Colombian farm Campo Hermoso, run by Edwin Noreña – a third-generation producer specializing in high-quality coffees. He is known for innovative processing methods and meticulous attention to every detail of the process, from cultivation to drying.
🧪 Processing – Natural & Carbonic Maceration
The beans are processed using the natural (dry) method, meaning they are dried in their fruit pulp, which allows for maximum sweetness and full body. Additionally, the carbonic maceration technique is used – fermentation inside the cherry in anaerobic conditions. Thanks to this process, the coffee gains:
