Pink Sorbet is a juicy and incredibly fresh interpretation of Colombian Pink Bourbon from the Motta farm in the Huila region. Thanks to the combination of Yellow Honey processing, controlled yeast fermentation, and the Thermal Shock process, the coffee gains an intensely fruity yet clean profile.
In the cup, you'll find notes of watermelon, ripe mango, and refreshing peppermint. It's a coffee full of lightness, sweetness, and summer energy – expressive but well-balanced.
