Colombia Vanilla Heaven – specialty coffee
Exceptional specialty coffee from Colombia, processed with honey & vanilla co-fermentation, created for lovers of sweeter, dessert-like profiles with a hint of fruity freshness.
Flavor profile: vanilla, pomelo, white chocolate
Processing: honey / vanilla co-fermented
Recommended methods: V60, Chemex, drip, Aeropress
With milk: yes – pairs very well with milk
Vanilla Heaven is a well-balanced, slightly acidic coffee with a distinct but naturally integrated vanilla character. In the cup, a freshness of pomelo emerges, lending a slightly citrusy accent, and the whole is rounded off by a creamy, sweet note of white chocolate.
The finish has a distinctly noticeable vanilla, which lingers on the palate. In pour-overs, it shows cleanliness and balance, and when combined with milk, it creates the effect of a vanilla-chocolate dessert.
