Peru Jose Arce Espresso coffee is a single origin from the Cajamarca region of Peru, roasted for espresso, although it also works well in other pressure and pour-over methods.
The beans are naturally processed, which gives them a fuller sweetness and fruity character. The flavor profile is clearly dominated by notes of dark grapes, apricot and almond, which combine in a balanced way with a subtle acidity.
