Pink Bloom is a modern specialty blend of 100% Arabica from Colombia and Indonesia, combining washed and natural anaerobic processing. In the cup, it offers a juicy, fruity profile with distinct acidity and a long finish. Dominant notes of pomegranate, pink grapes, dates, and cane sugar create a sweet-tropical, slightly wine-like character.

This coffee is ideal for pour-over methods – dripper, Chemex, or AeroPress – where it best reveals its clarity, balance, and intense fruitiness.
