Flavor notes: pink grape, jasmine, caramelized date
Blend of Brazil and Colombia beans. Natural processing and co-fermented with Japanese cherry blossoms
Espresso blend 100% Arabica, roasted specifically for pressure methods. It comes from the Santa Monica region in Huila (Colombia) and is developed from naturally processed beans with sakura fermentation, which gives it a unique flavor profile.
The coffee offers a balanced, fruity-fermented profile with notes of pink grape, jasmine flower, and caramelized date. The aroma is sweet and slightly fermented, and the taste combines berry fruits, delicate floral accents, and subtle vanilla notes. The aftertaste is pleasant and balanced, with a more pronounced sweetness, reminiscent of milk chocolate and dates.
This coffee has a light, tea-like body and balanced acidity, making it excellent as an espresso—ideal for those who enjoy a delicate, fruity, and aromatic espresso with subtle floral notes.
