📦 Day 21: The Great Delivery
Concept - Colombia Flower Power Pink Bourbon
The postman arrived with a package.
I opened it faster than a human.
There was no tuna.
The system failed. — Teodor, a cat with very specific needs.
☕ Coffee of the day — Concept • Colombia Flower Power Pink Bourbon
Today in the cup is coffee that seems to be the answer to spring — even when it's snowing outside as if someone wanted to prove that we're dealing with some climatic mystification. This is Colombia Flower Power Pink Bourbon from the Slovak roastery Concept Coffee Roasters
🌱 Coffee Details

🍍 What does that actually mean?
This is no ordinary coffee. Here, the process begins with traditional washing and cherry selection, but then the beans are fermented in cooler conditions (approx. 10–14 °C for several dozen hours), which slows down microbiological reactions and allows delicate aromas to emerge.
This results in a very clean, fruity, and floral cup, dominated by aromas of lemongrass, spring flowers, and juicy accents of passion fruit and mango. Some even find something strawberry-like and sparkling :)
😼 What's really in the cup?
There's no tuna (which was the main goal of Teodor's package opening), but there's something almost as good: coffee that impresses with its precision and freshness — as if someone poured spring straight from a meadow into the cup.
🐾 Epilogue
Teodor opened the package faster than I did, then contemplated its contents with absolute focus, as if every gram of coffee could be a tuna substitute. He looked into the cup, then meowed as if to say:
"Not tuna. But actually, this coffee is... okay. I'm staying."
