Colombia Finca Bet-El Pink Bourbon from Belgian roastery Boo Modern Coffee. Like all coffees from Boo - this one is also Omniroast. We brewed it as a filter coffee.
As the roastery writes:
This Pink Bourbon semi-washed from Finca Bet-El is part of our seasonal offering – a coffee that holds a special place in Boo's history. It was the first coffee we offered when we launched our brand, and it was thanks to it that we fell in love with César Ledesma's work. Last year, it quickly became a favourite among our customers, so we are delighted to welcome it back – with a new harvest.
Our relationship with César goes far beyond the beans themselves: we had the opportunity to host him at the Brussels Coffee Show last year, where we jointly committed to collaborating on this lot. For us, this coffee is more than just an exceptional taste – it is a symbol of our commitment to direct trade and long-term cooperation with producers whom we truly admire.
