Origin:
Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, multi-generational coffee farmers in Honduras, are renowned for their commitment to quality. They operate 17 farms totaling nearly 200 hectares, meticulously documented and processed at their central wet mill, Xinacla. They consistently achieve high recognition in coffee competitions, including 3rd place in the SCAA "Coffee of the Year" competition in 2010 and numerous Cup of Excellence awards. Nordic Approach has been sourcing their coffee since 2012.
