Colombia Choco-Banana - specialty coffee co-fermented with fruits
Origin and processing:
Specialty coffee Colombia Finca Milan from the Olivo Coffee Culture roastery from Romania. Thanks to the co-fermentation processing method, the coffee delights with notes of chocolate and banana, which, combined with mild acidity, create a unique, balanced taste.
It also pairs very well with milk - tested by us ;)
Purpose:
Excellent for pour-over methods such as drip and Chemex, as well as for filter coffee machines. This is a coffee for those looking for a chocolate-fruity profile in their cup.
Who is responsible for this taste:
It is Julio Andreas Quiceno, the farmer who created the fermentation method called culturing - the same one who created the other fruity Colombias available at Olivo Coffee Culture, and thus also with us :) Yes, yes, this is the same guy from the peach Colombia, bubblegum, passion fruit, or mango that some of you already know from our offer :)
