Colombia Finca Milan co-fermentation with coconut
Delicious coffee from Colombia from the Risaralda region, grown at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level, Caturra variety.
Origin and processing:
The beans come from the Colombian Finca Milan plantation, and thanks to innovative co-fermented processing, the coffee acquires a unique flavor profile, in which you can detect intense notes of coconut, delicate chocolate tones
and subtle almond accents. Ideal for lovers of coffee with a deep, complex flavor that evokes exotic aromas of tropical plantations.
This exceptional Arabica is an excellent choice for a morning cup and works great in alternative methods, bringing out the full flavor.
It also pairs well with milk-based coffees. Tried and tested info :).
