Processing takes place at the Gakuyu-ini station, using the washed method – guaranteeing clarity, cleanliness, and flavor consistency. The coffee is made from SL28 and SL34 varietals, known for their high quality and characteristic Kenyan acidity. The beans are hand-sorted, then subjected to fermentation and drying on African beds, which contributes to a precise and clean cup profile.
