Colombia Cardamom Diego Bermudez Finca El Paraiso
A bit like a coffee version of mulled wine :). Delicious Castillo coffee beans, processed using thermal shock with yeast and added spices, resulted in an intense, spicy brew with notes of black tea, cardamom, and lime.
Direct Alert! Beans sourced directly from Finca El Paraiso plantation in Colombia.
Origin:
These beans are more than just coffee to us. They are a dream come true that we are fortunate to share with you.
Our first conscious purchase of specialty coffee – years ago – was precisely coffee from Diego Bermúdez of Finca El Paraiso. From that moment, we couldn't stop thinking about it. His approach to processing, attention to every detail, and courage in creating new fermentation processes made us fall in love with his work.
A few months ago, Diego and the bioengineer from the plantation themselves contacted us with a cooperation proposal. We felt like we had touched the sky then. The rest is history that we are writing together – us, you, and these beans.
We are happy to share this experience with you. We hope that this coffee will be more than just a cup of espresso or pour-over for you. For us, it is a symbol of passion that connects people from different parts of the world.
Thank you for being a part of this story.
Packaging:
200g of coffee beans in an elegant jar.
The coffee was roasted on May 20, 2025, at the plantation. Shortly after roasting, it was vacuum-packed to preserve its freshness. Only when you purchase it will we unpackage it and transfer it to the jar.
