This Colombian coffee is an excellent example of how modern processing methods can highlight the natural elegance of the rare Maragesha variety. It comes from the Huila region (Oporapa, Alto Caparrosa) and is grown at an altitude of 1650–1800 m above sea level, where cooler nights slow down fruit maturation, building aromatic complexity and exceptional clarity.
In the cup, it is exceptionally clean, floral, and refined. Notes of rose and lavender appear first, followed by the freshness of lemongrass and delicate, herbaceous hints of thyme. The profile is bright, elegant, and very aromatic — ideal for those seeking an impressive pour-over coffee with distinct floral notes.
