El Diviso — an innovative family farm from the Huila region, Colombia. Nestor Lasso implements experimental fermentation and drying methods. The farm cultivates high-quality microlots on volcanic soils in ideal climatic conditions. El Diviso is a symbol of quality, scientific approach, and international recognition. Sidra is a rare hybrid of Bourbon and Typica varieties, grown at an altitude of 1400–2000 m.a.s.l. in Colombia and Ecuador. Known for its wine-like acidity, complex sweetness, and bright floral-fruity notes. Sidra is gaining global recognition in the specialty coffee world and is chosen by winners of world barista championships. This varietal stands out for its high quality and unique taste experience.
