Origin and processing:

Coffee from Ana María Trujillo from the Sinaloa farm in the Huila region. Variety Pink Bourbon - one of the most sought-after Colombian varieties, known for its naturally fruity profile. The beans underwent precisely controlled co-fermentation, which enhances their character.

In the cup, an explosion of sweet strawberries, bright citrus notes of orange, and a creamy vanilla finish. Particularly recommended for pour-over methods.
