Brazil Frutas de Verano comes from the Santa Barbara farm, located in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, and is produced by Paulo Veloso Junior – a representative of the second generation of the Veloso family. Under his leadership, the Santa Barbara farm continues the legacy started by his father, focusing on sustainable production, consistent quality, and a modern approach to coffee cultivation and processing.

This lot of the Red Catuai variety was produced at an altitude of approximately 1100 m a.s.l. and underwent natural processing, including 48 hours of aerobic fermentation, followed by slow drying on the patio. The result is a Brazilian coffee with a more vibrant and fruity interpretation than the classic chocolate and nut-based profile – it retains a sweet base of chocolate and caramel, but enriches it with nuances of raisins and ripe cherries.

The name Frutas de Verano refers precisely to this impression – ripe, sweet, and juicy fruits reminiscent of the peak of the summer season.

Roasted with espresso in mind, the coffee offers enough sweetness and body to pair well with milk, but also has a distinct enough character to be excellent on its own – as a more colorful, juicy, and expressive Brazilian espresso.
