Origin:
Rosa Maria de la Peña began growing avocados and coffee at Finca Los Aguacatones in 2009. With the support of the Morales family from Rosmaland farm, Rosa Maria planted avocado trees at lower altitudes and coffee at 2000 m above sea level. In 2010, a fire destroyed almost all the avocado and coffee trees, so Rosa Maria, together with the Morales family, decided to transform the farm into one fully dedicated to coffee production. Since then, Rosa Maria has been producing Honey, Natural, and Fully Washed coffee lots at Finca Los Aguacatones. This Natural lot delights with its sweetness and fruitiness, featuring notes of apple and milk chocolate.
