Sebastián Ramírez and his El Placer Farm project prove that it is entirely possible. This exceptional decaf comes from a farm where precise fermentation and very careful bean selection play a key role.

Coffee cherries are hand-picked and then undergo several stages of fermentation, including carbonic maceration. This process enhances the natural sweetness and fruity character of the coffee. After classic wet processing and slow drying, the beans are sorted again to ensure that only the highest quality reaches your cup.

The decaffeination process itself takes place at the Maniza plant and uses the sugar cane process method, which preserves the full aroma and rich flavor profile.

In the cup, you can expect delicate white chocolate sweetness, complemented by juicy notes of peach and orange. This coffee is ideal for those who want to enjoy a high-quality taste at any time of day — without caffeine, but without compromise.
