John Hurtado, who returned to coffee after 30 years in the USA, transformed his family farm into a place where traditional farming and modern processing methods merge. The result is an exceptional coffee full of clean flavors and complex notes.

Processing and tasting notes:

Meticulous processing:

The coffee undergoes a 72-hour fermentation, during which the cherries are repeatedly washed and re-placed in steel tanks. This demanding process allows for the development of an intense aromatic profile. Drying takes place in direct sunlight, and the coffee is covered overnight to achieve a more stable flavor development.

In the cup, you will find the distinctive fruitiness of berries and passion fruit, which combines with pleasant fruity notes of high-quality 80% chocolate. This coffee is an excellent choice for those seeking full, unique, and unforgettable taste experiences.
