Like all Shokunin coffees, this is an Omniroast, although we brew everything from them as a filter.
Argote Natural is a specialty coffee from Colombia (Nariño region), produced by Juan Pablo Argote. The beans undergo natural processing, which enhances their sweetness, depth, and fermentative-fruity expression.
In the cup, it offers a rich, "rummy" aroma, creamy strawberry-like sweetness, and a smooth, toffee-chocolate body. It's a coffee full of character—juicy, intense, and distinctly sweet, with a long, dessert-like finish.
It works great with pour-over methods such as dripper, Chemex, or AeroPress, where it best expresses its freshness and elegance.
