We have a soft spot for coffees that taste like the height of summer. Lush Lemons is a suggestion from Fredi and Jaime Ortega from the El Bosquecito farm in Colombia. It's a clean, washed bean that perfectly fits a refreshing flavor profile, excellent for sunny days and moments when you need a natural boost.

Pink Bourbon juiciness and a floral aroma

What can you expect in your cup? Above all, a burst of citrus brightness and sweetness, supported by the juiciness of ripe peach. The whole is crowned with a delicate, elegant note of orange blossom. This is an "Omni" profile – equally brilliant in pour-over methods and in modern, fruity espresso.

El Bosquecito: Tradition in the hands of the younger generation

Freddy Ortega Muñoz began his adventure with a small plot of 500 trees, which he received from his father. Today, after 20 years, he manages a 1.5-hectare farm at an altitude of 1900 m above sea level. Together with his father and sister, they focus on quality and cleanliness – every tool and fermentation tank is washed immediately after use, which translates into the extraordinary clarity of the brew.

Brew Guide – Get the best out of it:

If you choose V60 or Origami, try a ratio of 17g coffee to 255g water (96°C). Start with 50g of water (30s pre-infusion), then pour water in pulses to achieve a full brewing time of approximately 2:30-3:00 minutes.
