A note from Coffeemates: A very pleasant coffee. It indeed brings to mind strawberry jelly :). It's not overly intense, as is sometimes the case with "co-fermented" coffees in general. It maintains a pleasant balance.

This juicy, experimental coffee, with double fermentation, yeast inoculation, and co-infusion of a fruit blend, produced by the Aranda family at Finca ANAYA in Acevedo, Huila (Colombia), delivers a true punch straight to the face… or rather, to the taste buds.

It explodes with sweet, nostalgically childlike notes and an intense, aromatic bouquet. In the profile, you'll find clear accents of strawberry jelly, a base reminiscent of a sweet, tropical fruit cocktail, and everything is complemented by a long-lasting note of caramel.

Our pour-over roast is designed to emphasize the cleanliness and character of the coffee, while maintaining high solubility. Thanks to this, it will also work great for espresso, especially if you prefer more expressive, intense extractions.
