Colombia San Gabriel Bourbon Sidra Variety, Natural Processed by Dutch Roaster Sango

Flavor notes: Cherries, Grapes, Almonds

Linarco Rodriguez is a third-generation coffee grower from Palestina in the Huila region of Colombia. After taking over the family land in 2014, he began his independent career as a producer. From an early age, he was involved in farm work, gaining in-depth knowledge of both cultivation and coffee processing. Today, he manages the family-owned San Gabriel farm, where fertile soils and high altitude create ideal conditions for producing exceptional and distinctive coffees. In addition to his own production, Linarco actively supports local growers, sharing knowledge and developing joint projects based on experimentation and refining processing methods.

This lot is Bourbon Sidra – a variety prized for its incredibly complex and expressive flavor profile. The bushes grow at an altitude of 1700 to 1900 meters above sea level, where the cooler climate promotes slower fruit ripening, allowing for greater complexity and depth to develop in the cup.

The coffee underwent natural processing directly on the farm, using a carefully controlled drying process aimed at enhancing the natural sweetness of the fruits and preserving the full range of aromas.

The result is a rich, sweet, and juicy cup with distinct notes of ripe cherries and grapes, complemented by a subtle, elegant hint of almonds.

Packaging:

Sango

Holandia

Sango to coś więcej niż mikro-palarnia z serca Amsterdamu – to wspólny projekt Kaho i Mitchella, którzy w zabytkowym budynku z 1670 roku stworzyli oazę dla kawowych entuzjastów.

Mitchell, utytułowany barista (wicemistrz Holandii w kategorii Brewers Cup!), osobiście dba o to, by proces palenia podkreślał ciężką pracę plantatorów, a nie ją przyćmiewał.
