Flavor notes: blueberries, strawberries, wild raspberries, vanilla.
Coffee Mates' recommendation: delicious, sweet, with a taste of forest fruits :).
Origin and processing:
This coffee is the work of Ana María Trujillo – a visionary, fourth-generation farmer, and certified Q-Grader from the Sinaloa farm in the Huila region. The beans underwent a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by an additional three-day bath with wine yeasts and a blend of forest fruits.
In the cup, a rich palette of blueberries, wild raspberries, and sweet strawberries unfolds, concluded by a delicate, clean vanilla finish. Thanks to its creamy texture, the coffee works well both as a filter brew and with milk.
