Coffee decaffeinated using ethyl acetate: a byproduct of sugarcane production, which is abundant in Colombia.

Colombia – Decaffeinated, Washed process, Caturra and Castillo varieties. Bittersweet aromas, like black tea. Juicy sweetness, like tangerine. Creamy body, like toffee.
