This Ombligon, which is still making waves in the coffee world, was produced by Nestor Lasso at Finca El Diviso in the Huila, Colombia region — and it's truly impressive! This experimental natural process coffee explodes with fruitiness and a fermented "funk". The taste features rhubarb acidity and an energetic kiwi note that stimulates the taste buds, all finishing with a "Gummy Worms" aftertaste with a light, liqueur-like accent — like a sweet, wild finale.
