Shokunin - coffee roaster

Shokunin is more than just a roastery – it's a living organism created by Jerre van Rossum and his team. Their mission is for every cup to be not only a good espresso, but also an experience: a taste, a story, and... a touch of joy. They operate on a direct trade model, building lasting relationships with producers. Most of their coffees are omniroasts: light roasted but stable, so they stand up well in both espresso and pour-over.
