An experimental blend from Romanian Dropshot. Labeled as Espresso Modern, which means Omniroast, but the beans are as light as for a filter - just like all the beans from Dropshot we've seen :).
Created especially for the magic of Christmas, the Christmas Blend combines two coffees from Central and South America, creating a soothing, perfectly balanced composition. It blends beans from 3 coffee legends: Alejo Castro, the Bayter brothers, and Edwin Noreña.
Rich bitter-chocolate notes intertwine with sweet, candy accents and festive notes of gingerbread and cinnamon, offering a cup that truly captures the spirit of Christmas.
