Kenya Pauline Mumbi from Romanian roastery Dropshot
Coffee labeled as Omniroast, but this roastery roasts very lightly. Omniroast for them is a light roast, and Modern Espresso is a dark roast.
SCA: 87 pts.
Origin:
A real treat from Pauline Mumbi Karibi :) and the Romanian roastery Dropshot.
The Njuriga washing station has been operating since 1999 and is highly regarded by local farmers for its expertise and the added value it offers. As many as 470 families bring their coffee cherries here, which grow at an altitude of 1700 to 1780 meters above sea level and include varieties such as SL28, Batian, SL24, and Ruiru 11. Pauline Mumbi Karimi manages the Njuriga station and applies an innovative, groundbreaking approach to the processing. We like this lot for its aromatic complexity, characterized by high acidity, yet also richness and complexity.

Here we have Kenyan beans of varieties Ruiru 11, SL 28, SL 34 processed as natural, with tasting notes of blood orange, hibiscus, rose, and cardamom.
